Founded in 2021, Chewtsan was created around a simple idea: a rug can do more than cover a floor. It can soften a room, bring different elements together, and add a little more character to the spaces we live in every day.

We began with an interest in the small details that can change how a home feels. The colors we live with, the patterns we choose, and even the shape of a rug can make a familiar room feel completely different.

Made for Different Spaces

Our collection focuses on three shapes: Rectangular Rugs, Round Rugs, and Semicircular Rugs.

Each shape offers something different. Rectangular rugs work naturally in living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, and larger spaces. Round rugs can soften a room and create a more relaxed visual balance, while semicircular rugs are a natural fit for entryways, corners, bedside spaces, and areas that call for something a little less expected.

Within these shapes, we explore a wide range of patterns and moods — from soft florals and watercolor-inspired designs to vintage details, geometric forms, warm earthy tones, and playful decorative motifs.
